Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at unicoilscustomerservice@gmail.com. 

Unicoils is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
